Through multi-disciplinary practices, founded in alignment, Alyssa supports individuals on their own unique path of discovery. The eight limbs of yoga offer one the opportunity to explore the depths of mind and body through the connection of breath and mindfulness practices. By sharpening the awareness of self, this is the path to ultimate freedom. Alyssa tailors sequences and meditations based on individual needs and is honored to be of service. She offers 1:1 sessions to assist in watching with a trained eye and guiding through grace, helping others through alignment-based principles, in the practice of mastering self-awareness. Meditation brings favorable results, working from a sub and superconscious level, to affect the waking conscious level. It is in the expansive space of rest where true restoration flourishes.

Sessions & Packages

1:1 or Semi-Private Individual Session:

  • Approximately 90min-2hr, assessing posture habits, mobility, and strength with my assistance. Postures to take home and practice - open and close with mediation and sound.

    • Investment $120

  • Approximately 60 minutes. Sequence built that is determined by goals of the client(s).

    • Investment $60

Monthly Accountability:

  • One month of weekly sequences tailored to the individual needs of the client. 2hr/each week and available for support with at-home practice and accountability, with weekly sequences.

    • Investment $400

Special Events:

  • Including travel up to 25 miles. If further travel is required, additional travel expenses will be applied at standard rate/mile.

    • Investment $150 up to 90m

My commitment to working with you is to offer a safe and nourishing space to explore tools, from the eight limbs of yoga, as a way of enriching your life. A major benefit of working 1:1 with yoga is that close attention can be observed to assist and guide into optimal alignment, with as much avoidance to injury as possible. I enter this space with you in gentleness and clear direction. Together we customize an optimal practice that serves your growth needs. Yoga is for the willing! I welcome all levels.

Background & Lineage

I have studied multidisciplinary yoga through Inbody Academy and Lifted Life Yoga, nearing completion of 500HR, with the intention and pursuit to complete with an emphasis in yoga therapy. I have learned and trained extensively on how to watch and guide through alignment-based practices based on anatomy and physiology, as well as in subtle energy. I have learned techniques in the following linages: Iyengar, Anusara, Hatha, Kundalini, Astanga, Pranayama, Anatomy, Trauma-Informed, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, the eight limbs of yoga, Mantras, Mudras, and alignment-based principles.
